We aim to supply you with a perfect product so if there is a problem, then we want to know. Our aim will always be to treat you with the respect we would demand if the shoe were on the other foot. Problems invariably can be sorted out quickly and we will do our utmost to keep you a happy camper.
Canvas does however need to be cared for if it is to have longevity. Please dont throw your wet bell tent in the corner in the Autumn and then expect the canvas to be problem free the next summer.
We offer a 12 month warranty against any major issue and will supply you with a new tent if your problem cannot be repaired.
Every 350g canvas bell tent is supplied in a matching 350g canvas bag with compression straps and handles. We recommend you thoroughly dry the canvas, remove any dirt or foreign bodies from the canvas!, with a soft brush, and then carefully fold the canvas and place inside the canvas bag. The guylines rolled and stored in a paper bag, the poles and pegs should be stored inside their individual canvas bags but kept seperate from the main canvas over the winter months. Storing it in a dry place in the outer black bag the tent arrives in, is ideal. Be careful storing canvas tents in your garage as mice find them irresitable places to live, and why not!
In summary, we are not a big faceless company with a switch board and customer complaints department, We are a small family business that you can buy from, with confidence . Confident in knowing that we pride ourselves on doing the right thing.
Please give us a call to discuss any aspect of our warranty or yurts and bell tents that is unclear.
